The Human behind The Human Runtime

Most health information is designed to either scare you or sell you something. The Human Runtime exists because neither of those is the same as understanding.

My background is in biomedical engineering and data science—which means I'm trained to be skeptical of exactly the kind of health content that's everywhere. The Human Runtime grew from my obsession with reverse‑engineering my own body and mind: experiments grounded in data to pinpoint what truly shifts the needle, then writing it down, building tools when the right ones don't exist, and sharing it all here.

My goal isn't immortality—it's to squeeze every drop of vitality from today. And I believe something quietly unconventional: most of us are capable of feeling far better than we do—not occasionally, but as a baseline. Yet we adapt to suboptimal states without questioning them, not because we're unlucky, but because we were never taught how to understand the system we're running on.

I'm a radical optimist, which is probably what keeps me doing this. I change my mind when the evidence tells me to—and I think that's the most honest thing a person writing about health can offer. And in a world converging fast toward AI, this project is also my way of staying connected to what's most human: the body and mind I'm actually living in.

“Feeling good isn't luck — it's something you can learn.”
